Cancellation & Deposit Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Appointments not canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

A non-refundable deposit is required for all chemical services. In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Our stylists reserve time specifically for each appointment and rely on scheduled services as part of their livelihood.
