2 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 2 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For added convenience, you can manage your appointments online without the need to call the shop during business hours, using the link provided in your appointment confirmation email and text. This option is available up until 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. A full charge for the service will be incurred in the event of a no-show or cancellation made within 2 hours of the appointment time. If your credit card information is not already on file, it will be required for future appointments to cover any potential no-show fees. This policy pertains to appointments booked within the 2-hour cancellation window.
